Seizures
We package all our shippments in very discrete, small packages and rarely have problems with customs. We don't use the return name of PanaPharmana because anything with "Pharma" in the name on a package can be an easy target by customs, we will use an alternate legal company name for our return address. In the event of a seizure by customs you should know that:
1) You will not be liable legally because it is coming from another country to your address. You will simply recieve a notice in the mail saying the contents of package are not allowed in your country.
2) Unfortunately you will lose the product as it will be confiscated by customs.
3) We have an ongoing policy to give you 75% off (well below cost) on your next order with proof of seizure (copy of notice) and consultation with us to ensure it does not happen again.
